My name is Ann-Marie, a full-time mum and a part time baker.

    I ordered a macaron tower instead of a wedding cake and it looked and tasted fantastic. I had three colours for my Pagan Wedding, sage green, which Anne-Marie flavoured pistachio, dark blue, which we decided on orio and white chocolate and pale pink, raspberry and white chocolate. My guests loved them. They were perfect.
