Deliveries

Here at the Baker's Whisk, all our shipped items are posted via Royal Mail tracked 24 anywhere in the UK (Mainland), Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight using Royal Mail.

Orders placed on the following days will be baked and posted as follows:

Exceptions on bank holidays/Christmas/Strike days orders will be posted on our next scheduled day.

Please note we are unable to guarantee delivery on special dates, so please bare this in mind when ordering. 

Please ensure you are available to receive your delivery as we do not offer refunds for failed delivery attempts as cookies are perishable.

All our cookies are extremely well packaged. In the unlikely event your parcel appears to be damaged please refuse delivery and contact us.  

Macarons are extremely delicate, so sometimes despite their packaging they may have a few imperfections, this won't affect their taste.  

Please note that in hot weather your order may not be dispatched as per below - should this occur, we will contact you to discuss.
