Easter is nearly upon us and I have some delicious Easter themed macarons for you:
Hot Cross bun - spiced white chocolate ganache with raisins and the hot cross bun cross
Carrot cake - a spiced cream cheese buttercream surrounding a delicious carrot cake centre
Mini Egg - a delicious Cadbury mini egg ganache
Cherry Bakewell - Super smooth Swiss meringue almond infused buttercream with a homemade cherry jam
Raspberry white chocolate - filled with a white chocolate ganache and raspberry jam
Chocolate brownie - a rich chocolate brownie like ganache.

Macarons are best stored in the fridge in an air tight container. Remove from the fridge 30 minutes before enjoying.

All my easter items will be available for Collection on Thursday 17th or Friday 18th April. Collection from West Cambourne.
You may also collect your order from St Ives Farmers Market on Saturday the 19th April.
